About Us

Welcome to Rockwood, where students are the center for everything we do. The Rockwood School District is St. Louis County's largest public school system, serving more than 22,000 students.

Covering 150 square miles in parts of western St. Louis and northern Jefferson counties, Rockwood serves an estimated 150,000 residents in 50,000 households. Several distinct communities are within Rockwood's boundaries, including all or parts of Ballwin, Chesterfield, Clarkson Valley, Ellisville, Eureka, Fenton, Manchester, Wildwood and Winchester.

As we pursue our goal to provide a world-class education to all of our students, we remain committed to continuous improvement and increased student achievement.

You may explore our district by using the links on your left.  Or, arrange for a member of the Rockwood Speakers Bureau to speak at one of your organizations upcoming meetings as a resource for educational news and information.

If you have any questions, please contact us.
