Welcome to freshman year at Lafayette! 

We hope you are looking forward to this year as much as we are.   A few key events for freshman families:

Homecoming Decorations-Monday, September 26

There will be opportunities for anyone interested in working with the kids as they decorate; if this is your area of expertise, please let us know.  Our theme this year is Also, a request for donations will be coming to you by email soon, but for now, we always need candy!!! 

Homecoming Parade-Friday, September 30, 5:30

Also, anyone interested in walking in the parade with the float and the kids please let us know.  And again, don’t forget to send candy!

 
Carnival -Saturday, January 28, 9:00-3:00

The Freshman Carnival is our only freshman fundraiser with everything earned going toward our students’ Senior Celebration. Hard to believe we have to think about that now, but the years will go by fast!

We need LOTS of volunteers to help plan this event and to work on Carnival Day.  We will also need donations for auction baskets and other items.  More information will follow via email.

Hopefully, the parent meeting and the emails we’ve sent since then have given you the information you’ll need to start the year, but answers to any other questions are just a call or an email away.  Looking forward to working with you throughout the year!!
