Examining student pathways after high school graduation can give high schools and school districts a valuable measure of how well the students are prepared for post-secondary endeavors. Continuing education beyond high school can provided expanded career opportunities. In today’s competitive workforce, many jobs require advanced knowledge or specialized skills attainable only from additional education.
