District Vision Scorecard

Rockwood's Vision Scorecard is a performance management tool that helps ensure we are focusing on our strategic priorities. The scorecard is used to:

  • Align activities to the district's vision and strategies
  • Improve internal and external communication
  • Monitor district performance and progress toward achieving strategic goals
