A child who does not attend Adventure Club on a regular basis must enroll for the Early Dismissal program by completing an Early Dismissal Enrollment Form.  The Early Dismissal coupon should accompany the payment.

A child who attends Adventure Club on a regular basis but does not participate in the PM session on the day of the Early Dismissal must send in the Early Dismissal coupon along with the payment.
