The Rockwood Schools Foundation awarded nearly $26, 000 in Dream Catchers Scholarships to 48 students throughout the Rockwood School District. Students received a surprise visit by the Foundation Patrol announcing the exciting news. They will be formally honored during a special Board of Education awards ceremony on Thursday, Feb. 25 in the theatre of Crestview Middle School (16025 Clayton Rd. in Ellisville) at 7 p.m.
“This is our third year awarding Dream Catchers Scholarships to students in grades 4 – 11,” says Rockwood Schools Foundation Executive Director, Debbie Fluchel. “These Dream Catchers Scholarships allow students to explore their education potential, while they catch their dream,” Fluchel adds.
