Kindergarten Registration for Full Day and Half Day begin Wednesday, February 1st and Thursday, February 2nd. Students must be five (5) years old before Aug. 1, 2012 to be
eligible to begin kindergarten in the fall.

To register for Half-day or Full-day kindergarten, please bring the following items: 
1.  Birth Certificate
2.  Immunization or Health Records
3.  Eye Examination form completed by a state licensed optometrist or physician. This form can
       be submitted after the February kindergarten registration dates.)
4.  Two forms of proof of parent/guardian residency. These documents should your name and
       address. Examples of this are: Deed/sales contract of residence, current real estate tax
       receipt, an unpaid utility bill (i.e. gas, electric, trash or water) or a contract to lease/rent.
5.  Custody papers and a complete copy of the dissolution decree that stipulates custody in
       cases of parental divorce.
6.  IEP and evaluation, if the student is receiving Special Education Services.
7.  Emergency contact information.
