Attention Bowles Elementary Fifth Grade Students: Mark Your Calendar for the 2012 Smoky Mountain Science Adventure!! Travel to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for an adventure-packed four days exploring the wilderness, searching for wildlife, learning about the environment and developing leadership skills. Join Rockwood teachers and administrators as we stay at the Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont, an environmental education center located within Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
2012 Trip Dates for Bowles Elementary:
May 18-21, 2012 (bus departs evening of May 17)
Registration Information: Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis starting Saturday, October 1 at 9 a.m. Register online (www.rockwood.k12.mo.us/communityed) or in-person at the Administrative Annex in Eureka.
Fee: $480 Note: The fee has been adjusted to meet the district requirement that all trips are self-funded and fees cover the cost for all expenses. A $100 deposit is due at time of registration. The remainder may be paid in two installments via credit/debit card or check. Limited scholarship assistance may be available to those who qualify.
