Community Education provides information on a variety of programs for older adults. 

The Rockwood Gold Card
The Rockwood Gold Card provides great benefits to residents age 60 years or older.  Receive free or reduced admission to many Rockwood events and activities.  For more information, or to obtain a free Gold Card, please call 636-733-2164.

Aqua Aerobics
R
ockwood Community Education’s Aquatics Department offers Aqua Aerobics classes throughout the year at Crestview Middle School.  Rockwood Gold Card members receive a 50% discount off the program fee.  Register online or call

St. Louis Community College – Meramec/Wildwood Campuses
Rockwood is proud to partner with St. Louis Community College to provide non-credit course offerings at locations throughout the district.  Whether you are looking to try a new sport, learn job related skills, complete a new craft project or meet people with similar interests, consider classes in dance, art, foreign languages, fitness, computers, gardening and more!  For a complete listing of classes visit www.stlcc.edu or call 314-984-7777.

Lafayette Older Adults’ Program
The Lafayette Older Adults’ Program meets the second and fourth Monday of each month September through May from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Ballwin Recreational Complex, 333 Holloway Rd., Ballwin, MO  63011.  Call Sherri Kleekamp at

MEAAA’s Route 66 Senior Center
The Mid-East Area Agency on Aging Center is located in the Rockwood Administrative Annex building, 500 N. Central, Eureka, MO  63025.  The Center is open Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.  Meals are served 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  Transportation to and from the center is available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  All services provided on a voluntary contribution basis.  Call Michelle Kolf at 636-938-5525 for more information.
