Welcome to the Crestview Parent Organization, the CPO. The CPO works closely with the teachers and staff of Crestview Middle School to enhance school programs like the back-to-school orientations, Amphora, and the “Crestfest” spring carnival. We also administer the Crestview Awards Program, CAP, which runs throughout the school year.
Our work with school and CPO programs offers many opportunities for parent involvement. Whether you are a stay-at-home parent or work full time, there are ways that you can participate in supporting your child’s education.
This school year finds us developing more programs to involve and support parents. Our CPO President sends regular updates via email. Be sure you have submitted your email address to our CPO President to be included in these. Look for information in the Crestview Connections monthly newsletter (sent via email through AlertNow). Check the CMS website regularly to keep up with daily announcements and calendar events.
The objectives of the parent's organization are the following:
- Provide financial support for the school's needs
- Enhance the school's communication with parents
- Increase parent involvement in Crestview Activities
- Help foster an open and caring school community
We meet once a month in the school library, so feel free to stop by or contact the CPO Board. Please view our latest newsletter, minutes and meeting dates on the Crestview Website.
