The sixth, seventh, and eight grade band students participate in a variety of performances throughout the school year. This includes concerts at Crestview, band festivals and competitions, performances at shopping centers, and participation in band concerts and marching band performances at Marquette and Lafayette High School.

The Crestview Bands have a long tradition of excellence. Recent accomplishments include "Superior" ratings at the St. Louis Suburban Music Educators Band Festival. Last year the Eighth Grade Concert Band took first place out of eighteen bands from all over the United States at the Six Flags Music In the Parks Music Contest. This year Crestview had the highest number of participants in the St. Louis Suburban Music Educators Honors Band, with a total of ten members.

These accomplishments are a reflection of the commitment to the arts by the parents and students of Crestview as well as the entire community.
