This nationally-recognized five-session parenting and skills building class receives rave reviews from particpants and is free. The course is geared to parents of children ages 9-14 and classes are facilitated by Rockwood counselors Mary Corsair and Cathy Kraemer.

Content includes establishing strong family bonds, setting boundaries and expectations, dealing with conflict, and developing skill sets to say no to drugs.

Two sessions will be offered during the 2012-2013 school year. The Fall session will be at LaSalle Springs Middle School in the Library held 5 Thursdays in a row: October 11, 18 and 25, November 1 and 8. For more information, click to view the flyer.
