EUREKA TOUCH FOOTBALL SPRING 2012 All forms must be completed
and returned by February 3rd, 2012

GRADE LEVELS: 1st-2nd league: 3rd-4th league: 5th-6th grade league:
(Teams can and will include both boys and girls)
1. All games will be played at Eureka High School (unless field conditions are unplayable)
2. Your team will play at least 2 games per day with a total of 8 for the league.
3. This is a fundraiser for the Eureka Football team and the money raised will be used to purchase equipment for the upcoming season.
4. Thank you for your support!!

Cost: $40 per player and this will include a mouth piece. In order to keep the cost down we will not purchase team jerseys. The team will decide on a common color to wear at each game.

How to sign up: Players that are in 1st-6th grade can sign up as an individual or as a team. If you sign up as an individual, we will do our best to put you on a team that includes players from your school, but this is something that we can not promise.

TEAM REGISTRATION: Keep your team to a limit of 10 and we could possibly add players to your team in order to keep a balance within the league.
1. This is a non-competitive league. We will not keep a record of wins or losses and we do not have playoffs.
2. As we all know the weather may not cooperate during this time of the year so we will begin on Saturday, March 3RD-4TH and March 10th-11th.
3. In case of a rainout, we have the fields scheduled for Saturday, March 31st and Sunday, April 1st as make up dates.
4. In an attempt to avoid conflicts with baseball season, we will play the entire league in 2 weekends.
