Rockwood College/Career Fair - Sept. 13

More than 100 colleges and universities will be represented during the upcoming districtwide Rockwood College Fair:

Date: Monday, Sept. 13
Time: 7 – 8:30 p.m.
Location: Eureka High School

Address: 4525 Highway 109 in Eureka

"Ro
ckwood's college fair is one of the premiere fairs in the area," says Dr. Shari Sevier, the director for guidance and counseling. "All Rockwood high schools work together on the event. It's free and open to all students and parents in the Rockwood community."

College representatives from across the nation will be available to answer questions from Rockwood students and their families, and share information about the college application process. The college fair is a great starting point for those beginning to look at colleges, as well as an opportunity for high school seniors to meet with representatives regarding course offerings, admission and financial aid requirements, college life, scholarships, and other information pertinent to the college selection process.

Students from all Rockwood high schools will have the opportunity to gather information, ask questions and pick up materials from colleges around the state and the nation.

In addition to the information available at the college fair, Rockwood has developed a college planning guide to assist students and families with the process.  Access Rockwood's College Planning Guide for information on the college selection process, college admission testing, financial planning and more.

If you have questions about the upcoming districtwide Rockwood College Fair, please contact your high school's college and career center or call (636) 733-3100.
