Welcome to the Green Pines Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) page. Through this website, we would like to share with you a little about our PTO program.
Every parent at Green Pines is part of this organization because you have a child attending Green Pines Elementary. The quickest way to become informed about activities/events at Green Pines is to attend PTO meetings and check our website frequently. We have three PTO General Meetings throughout the year.
While the dedicated staff at Green Pines works diligently to meet the needs of all students at the school, the PTO proudly supports learning through volunteer opportunities and fundraising activities. Volunteer opportunities occur throughout the year and allow parents the flexibility to donate their time in many ways. We have volunteer opportunities that occur on a weekly basis and also opportunities that may only be needed once or twice per year. In addition to providing volunteers, our PTO raises and distributes money for purchasing educational programs and technical equipment that allow our children many additional educational opportunities.
