As part of the Guiding Change Input Phase, the Rockwood community was invited to provide input regarding options for the development of a sustainable budget for FY13 and beyond.  To collect input, the district hosted two Town Hall meetings for stakeholders to share their input regarding the FY13 budget.  Residents unable to attend the Town Hall meetings were invited to share their input by completing an anonymous stakeholder input form.  In addition, input was also collected through building and department meetings from Feb. 10 - March 4. 

The Superintendent’s Cabinet (Design Team) will use the information collected during the Input Phase to create options for the Board of Education (Decision Makers) to consider as they make decisions regarding district finances and the 2012-2013 budget.
