The Kellison School picnic will take place on Friday, May 11th from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.
In order to make the picnic a success, we are looking for parents to volunteer for a shift or two. In an attempt to do this in an organized way, we are assigning each grade to a specific task. Please consider signing up for at least 1 shift (shifts are in ½ hour blocks). If we all work together, we can make this picnic a huge success, and we can try to keep the costs down. Here are the class assignments:
Kindergarten and 1st Grade: Supervising Games
2nd Grade: Supervising Inflatables and Dunk Tank
3rd Grade: Check In/Wristband and Ticket Sales
4th Grade: Set-up (Before the picnic)
5th Grade: Clean-up (After the picnic) Boy Scout Pack 708: Concessions
*If there is something that you really feel strongly about working besides your grade assignment, feel free to volunteer for that. To signup click here to go to Volunteer Spot
We thank you in advance for all of the hard work that you do to make Kellison the best school that it can be! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Kim Marre steve.marre@sbcglobal.net or Emily Werner ewerner@psdr3.org
