Every month at LaSalle Springs, we focus on one characteristic that reinforces and supports good character building. These words are listed below. We support all of these characteristics by demonstrating, discussing and practicing good decision-making and appropriate actions as they apply to various situations. Whether in class, in the halls, on the bus and in our relationships, these words are used consistently to help develop students of good character. Your support is appreciated!
You can click on the months below to view our 2012-13 "student of the month" winners who have been nominated by staff at LaSalle Springs for demonstrating characteristics in all of our character education words!
LaSalle Springs is also working in collaboration with our community PTO organization to develop ways to build a strong working relationship with our students, staff, and parents. The more actively involved parents are in the school lives of their children, the more successful they will be. There are a variety of ways that parents can donate their time and effort in the school to support their children. Visit the PTO Web site for additional information.
