Dan Connolly, a 2001 Marquette HS graduate, is the center for the New England Patriots football team. Dan made NFL history last season when he ran for a 71-yard kickoff return, the longest by any NFL lineman. As an MHS player, Dan lettered in football and was a three-time All-District selection and a three-time All-Conference selection.
