Missouri's western suburban school districts engage in courageous collaboration as they participate in the U.S. Department of Education Teaching American History Grants (TAHG).  The federally funded TAHG program is designed to raise student achievement in traditional American history.  In partnership with entities that have content expertise, teachers work together to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of U.S. history as they improve their pedagogical skills.
